The weekenders

Having frequent western and chinese restaurants, it's time for a new change of taste. This time round, we visited an indian restaurant under sok's recommendation. If you still remember i did mention in my previous entry about the palatable indian delicacies savoured at my friend's 21st party. It is simply heavenly delicious. Till now, i'm still missing it...

Finally, i had the chance to see the restaurant for myself. With the initial thought that this indian food is actually located at one of the stalls in coffeeshop, i was wrong. It is a restaurant by itself, air-conditioned and well-known for its varieties of indian delicacies. Quite a number of people patronize this restaurant according to sok. Indeed, we saw the crowd.
Photobucket
It took the waiter some time to serve us our food 'for it's almost full house in the restaurant. We were served with briyani, veggie and pumpkin. You get to choose between rice and briyani. Of course, we went for briyani. One good thing about having your meal in this restaurant is it's free flow for the briyani/rice, veggies and crackers. It seems like buffet though, but not entirely.
Photobucket
For other side dishes like mutton, chicken, potatoes etc, you'll have to order straight from the front stall. Fish head curry as gravy for your briyani adds on to the spice, just awesome! It completes the taste. If you're a spice-lover, you'll definitely love this meal.

Camera roll... Let's look through some of the photos taken for the day.

Photobucket

Not just western and chinese cuisines, we're loving indian delicacies too!!!!:)

Photobucket

This is how the inside of the restaurant looks like. Since it's not a foodcourt, the price is slightly more pricey, well, but definitely worth the meal. Each of us paid around 10 plus dollars for this hearty meal. As you can see, it is similar to normal restaurant food price.

Pamper yourself with varieties of indian food.
If you're interested in visiting this Karu's curry, it is located somewhere around bukit panjang area. You can take bus 67 straight from cck bus interchange and alight at the stop just outside the restaurant:)

Weekend Is MY LOVE!

Yet on another weekend, i met up with them as usual on the Saturday's evening. This time round, we went for finger lickin' treats at KFC.

A picture of me!

Thank you wk for being my photographer! haha. Love this shot. Do you find it familiar?;) I took this to participate in the recent KFC Sogood, Snap it contest on facebook. Hereby, i would like to express my gratitude once again to all supporters of mine. A BIG, SINCERE THANK YOU for all your votes. Much appreciated:)

If you've not voted, do help to vote for my entry! Thanks a million.

Recess week is gone in a blink of an eye!

Our long-awaited recess week is gone just like this. You can see how amazingly time flies. With the commencement of school after a short one week break, it's back to Monday blues now. well, but thankfully for the friday off. TGIF. Anyway, it wasn't that productive for me during recess week. We're supposed to use the break time to complete our assignments and do revision for test. However, first two days of my recess week were spent indulging in fun, haha! Now, i shall fill you in more about the fun part of my recess week. And yes, it's definitely playtime and not mugging time!

Dated back on 21st feb...

i met up with vivian, ling and yanni to shop for shu wen's birthday present. Guess where we head to? The frequent shopping areas are like Orchard, Bugis... etc. Orchard was our destination then. It wasn't a good find earlier after shopping around far east and so we continued on to some other shopping malls in orchard. Anddd... finally we set our sights on a bag from pretty fit. Lovely and suitable for our birthday girl. we have similar taste.

By the way, it was really coincident that day having to bump into another two friends of mine in orchard, when we were about to leave far east plaza.

we girls went to chill after few hours of shopping, didn't get anything for myself though... me and yanni went to try out this bubbletea shop @ wisma-Share tea. The flavour that i ordered has a strong tea flavour. Not bad though, but i still prefer koi. i'm also waiting to try gong cha one day! It wasn't so much of a shopping spree for us that day but rather to get shu wen's gift:) However one thing, cam-whoring session is inevitable, haha!

Photobucket

Love this vintage feel after editing. Recently, photobucket having new applications. Rather fun playing around with their new effects. nice. I'm loving the vintage and lomoish effect.

That's for monday with the shopping of gift:) Andddd soon the next day, it was flowers' ksession time cum premediated surprise plan for our birthday girl @ Marina Square. Check this out now!

Dated back on 22nd feb...

Photobucket

Before the commencement of our ksession, we visited this olio restaurant at marina square for lunch. That day, i brought along my dslr. I love using dslr in capturing food.

That day, i ordered this nasi padang meal despite being in a western restaurant. The rice tastes alright. i like the skewered chicken.

Soon after lunch, it was just nice for the three hours' of ksession. My friend earlier made reservation for a room and she also told the person that we'll be having a birthday celebration there. Little did we know that they actually went to the extent of helping us to decorate the room with balloons and a birthday banner. How sweet of them to do so. Thank you kbox.

The main lead for that day - SHU WEN!

Photobucket

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!

Glad she likes the bag.

And once again, we're going gaga over bad romance, poker face, but this time round with two new additions, telephone & paparazzi. haha.
Photobucket

we girls sure know how to have fun. That's one of the main reasons why i feel comfortable in this clique:) Love the girls. Glad to bump into them during my uni life. I know we'll have more interesting upcoming activities during semester break! well, but alone in school is good enough 'for we are always crapping non-stop! Am i right? tsktsk.

One other thing, we sure love kpop thrill. Ever since we formed this flowers clique, we've been to countless kbox sessions, of which most are priced at 8 nett and this time round even cheaper, 6 nett! Can you believe it? I'm wowed by this irresistible kbox deal. A pity promotion ending soon, around mid march if i'm not wrong.

Photobucket

To end off, a full clique photo:D

That's the first two entries for recess week. Next up, i'll be posting up my third entry soon. Stay tuned!

For now.

Bestie turns 21:D

It's high time i blog another entry again, tsktsk!

Speaking of birthday partys this year, in particular to twenty-first celebration, my bestie is the first among us to hit 21. Time flies. In the blink of an eye, we're going into the third year of celebration for her. However, this year's was a different one for it's a lifetime most important birthday celebration - she's finally hitting her twenty-first!!!:D Another best part of it was, her birthday coincidentally fell on chinese new year. Twenty first cum chinese new year celebration! A good sign. Double Blessing in this rabbit year!

And so, i went early with wk and joyce on that day to help her out with the preparation before the commencement of her party. We blew some balloons for decor. At the same time, indulging in her house bak gua and crapping jokes as usual. It was a fun, enjoyable process having to help out our bestie prepare for her twenty-first. Though we didn't get to do much for her... Hope you don't mind, girl!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Apart from her 21st birthday celebration, we were also celebrating her grandma's birthday together with hers. So, you could imagine how lively the whole atmosphere was then with both celebrations in the house! And having both birthdays falling on chinese new year! Such a coincidence!

Below are some photos captured before the commencement of my friend's party.
Photobucket
Since there's no crowd yet, it's best to cam-whore! haha!
Photobucket
Photobucket
Buffet set up beforehand, awaiting guests' arrival.
Photobucket

How could we possibly miss out a shot of birthday girl herself?!? haha.

Around noon time, the guests arrived. The party began. Time to indulge in the buffets!!!!
Photobucket

A varieties of food. There's also a mixture of chinese and indian food for you to choose from. Guess what, we went for........ INDIAN FOOD! It was sok's strong recommendation! As such, we went to try out the indian food first. There's mutton, briyani, curry veggie, fish head curry etc... The indian delicacies are simply marvellous! The spice is damn shiok! There is no way you can ever resist the temptation not to have it the second time! HEAVENLY DELICIOUS!

Afterwhich, we shared a plate of chinese food. Love the prawns dipped in sauce. wk love the shark fin and he had three bowls of that. I'm not one who really fancy shark fin soup, so i only had a spoonful of it that day. well, not that bad actually! haha.

Before i forget to mention, sok is really good at making mua chee! She personally made mua chee for her guests on her party. So sweet of birthday girl to do so. And her mua chee is delicious! Seriously, we were all like gluttons that day! First was mua chee, then indian food and chinese food then back to indian food again. I'm seriously missing the palatable indian delicacies now... Wanna' have it again another day!
Photobucket

At the same time, we guys also met up with other junior college friends during sok's party and we took some photos as keepsake. Sometimes, it's good to have common friends 'for we get the chance to catch up with one another during this kind of party, be it a short while. It was also nice mingling around with her poly friends. Despite us being older than them by few years, we managed to get along well together and ended up playing gambling cards, haha! Still in the mood of the festive season... The usual thing most will do during cny.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SOK TING! (It's still your birthday month)

HOPE YOU HAD A BLAST 21ST!

Be blessed, girl!

we're already in the festive mood

This year's christmas was a special one to me. Frankly speaking, i'm not the one who often celebrates christmas. To me, 25th december is just another ordinary day of public holiday. This year's one was different. I had my first ever gift exchange with flowers over at Bugis's TOPONE. It was unique in a way for that was the first time i had a formal gift exchange with the girls whereby each one of us drew lots and buy a christmas gift for the person we've chosen. On top of that, to make it more exciting, we're supposed to come up with a word, phrase or a sentence to describe this secret person we've chosen! The task given to the rest was to guess the identity of this person during each round!

Let me just share with you what we girls gave individually! This is FUNNY!
Ling took the ball rolling and she started with *ACCESSORIES*- Guess who?
Next up, followed by Vivian and she said:"这个人通常很少生病!"
Shu hui mentioned "这个人一出身就和我有关系!"
Me: "This person has strong principle!"
Yue lian: "简单就是美!" - wOw, just 5 words phrase to describe this person.
Lastly, followed by shu wen who gave this description: "不男不女!!!" (All of us couldn't help but burst out into LAUGHTERS!!! LOL. This is way too funny and we were all hoping this person she described isn't us!)

That's how interesting we flowers can go to the extent in making our Christmas gift exchange a more interesting and exciting one!:) I totally enjoyed that session!

So in the end, i was that lucky one picked by vivian and shu wen was the one picked by me. Both ling and yue lian was the lucky pair 'for they managed to choose each other's name! On top of that, they also gave each other facial stuffs. What a coincidence! Vivian got me a black bag hanger which matches the black bag they gave me during my birthday! Thank you, girl. For myself, i got shu wen a cherry body lotion & shower gel from bodyshop.

Not forgetting yue lian's christmas card which she will never fail to give us each year, tsktsk!
Shu hui's souvenir from taiwan and vivian's ezlink card sticker!
Thank you babes!

Photobucket

This time round, k-session lasted as long as 7 hours continuously. From 11.00am till 6pm. And with mastercard, we get to enjoy 1-for-1 offers! That's so FANTASTIC!

You know, i actually fall sick at such an untimely period when i've activities lined up for this whole week. Despite that, i insisted going k-session with the girls yesterday. i wouldn't want to miss out the fun with them! To my surprise, it did not worsen my condition, but rather, help to unblock my blocked nose and clear my throat, LOL.

Now, i'm sooo looking forward to meeting deb and xiangna later at Orchard!!! woOhoO! i shall enjoy my life to the fullest during this short three weeks holiday before the next killer semester commences.
LASTLY,

MERRY CHRISTMAS IN ADVANCE TO ALL! Share the joys of this festive season with your love ones♥ GOD BLESS YOU!♥

Photobucket

HOHOHOHO! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!♥♥♥

That's for now.

J.E.S.H premediated a surprise plan for my advance birthday celebration. With the intial thought that we would be meeting one another @ lot one, wk and joyce popped out of nowhere and shocked me. Sok was with them. She all along knew about this 'for she was part of this secretive plan, lol. Thank you j.e.sh, i'm touched by your appearance outside my workplace!

Soon after that, i was told to choose a place to settle down for dinner and i suggested pasta mania. Guys, thank you for that fulfilling and yummilicious dinner treat. i love my bacon fusilli. That's not the end to it. As i was busy talking away with wk, joyce handed me a handmade birthday card, followed by a j.e.s.h strap during the later part of the day. i always love handmade stuffs. Appreciate your efforts in decorating the card. The one and only handmade card by j.e.s.h in this world. tsktsk. Not forgetting all your heartfelt wishes.

yum!yum!

This day has come. Not doomsday, but our long-awaited freedom.

Yeshhh!!! Exams OFFICIALLY over!

With that, it's time for me to first blog on my birthday celebration. Sorry netizens, this entry is delayed but still, it is within my birthday month. i promised to blog about it to thank the efforts put in by my lovely girls in their secret planning of an advance celebration for me amidst our stressful exam period. Thank you girls.

Photobucket

Coincidentally on that day which happened to be the submission of our last assignment, the girls secretly planned a surprise birthday celebration for me. Frankly speaking, i wasn't up to any suspicion 'cause all along we've already said we will be going for a mini celebration to reward our hard works in accomplishing ALL our assignment tasks. Near to 12 assignments in a semester... phew! we survived not just that but also our exams.

Anyway, we proceeded to jurong point's Ding Tai Fung for a lunch celebration. Yanni joined us as well. The more, the merrier. And it was there where the girls celebrated my birthday. ARGHHH! i was rather touched and taken aback at the same time when the cake was being served by the waitress. Vivian also offered to take a picture of mine with her polaroid and afterwhich we took turns to take pictures with the instant films. Thank you vivian and ling for bringing your polaroids♥ Love the photos♥

Photobucket
These photos above are not the actual ones captured with the instant film. They're my self-edited version. lol.

well...but the below ones are!!!

Photobucket

my birthday cake!♥

Photobucket

At Ding Tai Fung, we ordered their famous xiao long bao!

Yummilicious! Sometimes, it is time for a change of western to chinese delicacies! The xiao long bao reminds me of the time when i was away on a hongkong trip and my family and i went to this restaurant for DIAN XIN! i love dim sum! And hongkong sells the BEST dim sum, haha!

Here's a full clique photo.

Photobucket

Photobucket

Thank you flowers for the lovely bag, sun block and birthday card:D Thank you yanni for the handphone strap with my name:D I ♥ them all!

Girls, you made my day!

That's for now. Next up, i'll be blogging on another birthday celebration by my lovely j.e.s.h clique. Stay tune.

Goodnight peeps.

Bem vindo ao Nando's

Photobucket

Thankfully to this public holiday due to Hari Raya, it was another happening outing day with that two besties of mine. We sticked on to the plan of visiting Nando's restaurant for lunch. It was a first time visit to Nando's eatery for the three of us. All along i had this impression that Nando's eatery sells Indian food. I was wrong. In fact, they sell mexican food! Nando's restaurant is of high popularity in Bugis given the long queue. Wk was queueing for us while me and Sok went off to Iluma for a short while to get some koi bubble tea to quench our thirst.

After queueing for about 20minutes...

Photobucket

we finally got our seats!

Photobucket

Wk ordered a 1/4 chicken with two sidelines main course under the chicken meals section with an add-on soup. As you can see in the below photo, it definitely looks enticing for meat lover. Choice of sidelines to choose from are: peri peri chips, old style chips, Mediterranean rice, coleslaw, peri potato salad...etc.

Photobucket

Photobucket

As for me and Sok, we shared this Espetada Rustica under their signature dishes.

There are 4 pieces of chicken thighs stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and skewered with red onions, served with two sidelines. We chose the same two sidelines for both main courses. The peri peri chips and mediterranean rice. Looks tempting huh? Especially the four big pieces of juicy chicken thighs.

One can also choose from extra hot peri peri to hot peri peri to mild peri peri to lemon and herbs. And according to them, you should start with lemon and herb if it's your first time at Nando's, and go for mild peri peri if you're feeling adventurous or evoke tears of joy with Extra Hot Peri Peri. we went for the mild peri peri. We would say Nando's food have their own unique taste(sour spicy). It's more like a mexican dish as mentioned earlier with a piquant taste of strong spices. This wasn't so much to our liking. Perhaps we're just not used to this kind of taste. However, it was not bad a try!

Photobucket

After this filling lunch plus a hearty breakfast in the early morning, we went on to shop around Bugis. To be exact, i'm just accompanying my friend for some shoppings. I'm no longer that fascinated with shopping ever since i returned back from Bangkok. The reason being i've already bought most of my tops, bottoms from there at a cheappp price! No point shopping that often in Singapore now since the stuffs here are more costly. Furthermore, my wardrobe is almost full! I guess if time allows, i would love to return back bkk next year and bring home another bag of clothings to feed my wardrobe that will last for the next one year. Yearly shopping rather. tsktsk.
Anyway, back to my bugis trip. Despite we were all full, somehow we got tempted by Chewy Junior's and ended up having small quite bites of sugar sticks before heading back home.

Photobucket

Photobucket

we're cam-whores:)

If only time freezes at this moment.

New semester has commenced. It's once again the hectic and stressful school life whenever a new semester begins. This first part of year two is going to be a short semester. Time is tight, yet we have many tasks on hand to meet datelines. i shall endure. Freedom will be here in another 11 weeks's time.

That's for now.

weather is perfectly fine for a ride

The idea of going to the beach was long planned with them ever since couple of months ago. Unfortunately, it wasn't a feasible plan back then for we're all occupied with studies and work stuffs... Still we did not give up the idea of going to the beach for picnic cum cycling for we believe the plan will be successfully implemented one day.

Finally, on one fine Sunday, this beach plan was successfully carried out. It was kind of a random decision. All of a sudden, we came to a consensus the day before when we met up on our usual saturday's evening. Can't help it given our extemporaneous personalities by nature, haha! It was SO SO SO RANDOM!

However, the plan had to be postponed initially when it was raining cats and dogs on the Sunday's morning. As predicted over the weather forecast, Sok told us that it will be a straight 5 hours heavy rain islandwide. How true can the weather forecast prediction be?!

With that, we decided to change our beach plan to shopping instead. And now the problem comes in...Which good places in Singapore to shop? AMK Hub, Orchard, Bugis...etc. We didn't manage to reach a consensus for a suitable place to shop and chill-out and we simply just board the train and head down to the east... As the train moves on further down, we notice a change of weather. Sky was not overcast, black ominous clouds were no longer seen... The weather is getting more sunny. Weather should be fine for a ride, we thought. Most importantly, our cycling plan need not be postponed! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a whole load of fun despite cycling for only two hours at the beach. The weather was bright and sunny. It's unlike what was predicted over the weather forecast. Even heaven is on our side! We rented two different bikes, one of the normal single bike and another one was the double bike. We cycled in the wrong direction at first and upon coming to a dead end junction, we made a U-turn to the opposite direction for better scenic views:) It was a nice ride along the way. With Sok as my front cyclist on the double bike, i feel so safe seated behind while capturing snapshots of the captivating scenery along the way... And of course, wk hopped onto the single bike. After cycling for a short while, we stopped over at this Bedok Jetty and this was the place where we captured some nice photos together as a trio clique along with some fun jump shots!!! (Thank you photographer Sok for helping me and wk with those jump shots!)

It has been quite some time since we last had such a wonderful trio outing together. Though it's only few hours of fun, but we treasure those times spent with one another. Happy moments are always transient, but the memories that we once shared will always be there...

Cherish our friendship

Photobucket

Hope you've once again enjoyed my self-edited video!♥♥

i would love to go marina barrage for picnic some days too. I've long heard about this place and seen nice photos from friends' ablum as posted on facebook. I'm sure it'll be a nice place for a first time visit!

That's for now.

Greetings to Thailand, Sawadee ka♥

i'm safely back home from bangkok since last Tuesday. Time flies. In the blink of an eye, 4 days 3 nights' stay in Bangkok has come to an end. Despite the fact, i'm still very much in holiday mood and i'm missing bangkok sooooo much now. My friend was right. She said we would leave the place with reluctance. i miss everything there, the Amari Atrium Hotel, the daily breakfast buffet, the food(signature dishes), the bunch of friends who were with me during the trip and most IMPORTANTLY, the endless shopping spree in that paradise during our stay.

To add on to it, this entire bangkok trip was not only an exciting and fun trip, but also a thrilling and nerve-wrecking experience that we've encountered. Coming to think of it now, it is rather dramatic having to encounter few unexpected incidents occuring one after another. Who would have expect us to miss our flight?! Oh my goodness!!!

Sounds scary huh? Anyway, i shall fill you guys in about the fun part of Bangkok first before we move on to the nerve-wrecking experience part that was encountered.

Our flight was early in the morning back on the 13th August and which also means that we'll have to wake up even before dawn to get ready to set off to the airport. Thankfully, adeline's dad offered to drive us to the airport if not we'd have to on-call a cabby at this wee hour. The flight was slightly delayed and we landed in Bangkok roughly 9 plus near 10 in the morning. Definitely, the first thing to do is to check in hotel and leave your heavy baggages behind before you start off your first day of exploration in a new country. Upon our arrival in Amari Atrium Hotel, we received a warm welcome from the bell boy who opened our cabby door and carried our luggages for us. Soon after, we were served with a welcome drink at the dining area. First impression of the hotel's lobby and dining restaurant area was pretty good. Nice and cosy ambience, warm lightings and good services by the staffs there. Check out my video "Bangkok Holiday Trip(Part One)" below to find out more about our accomodation in Bkk:)

Bangkok Holiday Trip (Part One)

Room 1907, thanks for the nice stay:)

The moment we stepped foot into streets of Bangkok, we became SHOPAHOLICS!!! i really have to say this: "Bangkok is no doubt a shopping paradise!" Even for myself, i can't resist the temptations not to shop there. I've to admit that i was a shopaholic during my stay in Bangkok. Their clothings there are rather fashionable and most importantly they are not charged at an exorbitant price. What's more to add on to it are the bargainings with the stallholders and the wholesale prices almost EVERYWHERE!

Few shopping malls and street markets we've visited: (1) The Platinum Fashion Mall, (2) MBK, (3) Chatuchak weekend market, (4) Suan Lum Night Bazaar.

(1) The Platinum Fashion Mall: This shopping mall looks kinda' like Singapore's Far East Plaza where there are different small shops lining side by side to each other in different levels. This is where WHOLESALE prices can be seen almost everywhere in the mall. For eg. A shirt alone costs 250Thai Bahts (ard 10.60 sing dollars) and if you'll to get three pieces at one go, they'll charge you at a wholesale prices of 150Thai Bahts each (ard 6.40 sing dollars). That's what they meant by WHOLESALE. The more you buy, the cheaper they cost!
How cheappppp can that be, having to bring home a top or bottom at ONLY 6 plus sing dollars!!!
(Since most shops there have this WHOLESALE policy, it's not that easy to bargain prices with them given the fact that it is already sooo cheap for one. However, you can still give it a try 'for we managed to bargain in some stores.)

(2) MBK: One of the higher range malls in Bangkok. MBK Center has long stood as a top shopping landmark of the metropolitan. You can find fashionable trendy clothes, cool accessories, nice jewelleries, hi-tech devices like mobile phones and computers there etc. With more than 150 dining establishments, you can easily find an eatery and comfortably sit in to dine in with your families/friends after a tiring day of shoppings. This place is also where we bought our snacks and food back for our families.

(3) Chatuchak Weekend Market: As the name goes, this market only operates during weekend(sat and sun) from 9am till 6pm. According to my friend, the first customer of the day gets to bargain a good price 'for the stall owners in Thai have this belief that the item must be sold out upon their first customer. They believe this brings them luck, showing that it's a good start of the day!

(4) Suan Lum Night Bazaar: A pity we didn't visit Suan Lum Night Bazaar on the first day:(:( It is less crowded compared to Chatuchak market and other malls we've been to. The good thing here in this night bazaar is it's easier to bargain with the stall owners. One thing also to take note here is the high prices offered by the stall owners. Therefore, it is important to BARGAIN a good price with them. You wouldn't want to purchase something back home from Bangkok where you can fetch a similar price like one in Singapore! It's not worth buying if the goods there are charged at an exorbitant price. REMEMBER it's BANGKOK, so everything MUST BEEE CHEAPPPPP!!! tsktsk.

Now, check out "Bangkok Holiday Trip(Part Two)" to find out more about the malls and markets we visited during our stay.

Bangkok Holiday Trip(Part Two)

Thailand is well known for their "TOM YAM SOUP" and "PAD THAI" so it's a MUST for you to try during your stay there. The first day when my friend ordered the tom yam soup noodle at Platinum's foodcourt, we were all in love with the soup♥ In comparison with the tom yam soup tried at a street eatery near Suan Lum Night Bazaar, we preferred the one at Platinum to it. Thai's tom yam is different from Singapore's one. The spices the Thais use for their soup enhances the taste, making it even more spicy and sour. Nice♥

Apart from indulging in Thailand's signature dishes, deborah and me also visited one of their popular coffee houses like "Black Canyon Coffee" for tea session despite overseas. The price of ice-blended frappes and cake delights sold there are slightly cheaper than Singapore's ones. Not forgetting Red Mango's Yogurt, which is one of the best yummy yogurts that i've savoured so far. Deborah recommended this Red Mango's yogurt to me and i was told that the yogurt there is also cheaper. As you can see, the standard of living in Bangkok is lower, therefore most of the things there are cheaper than the ones in our country. Be it clothings, food, menicure, massage and EVEN TRANSPORTATIONS! (It is superrrr cheappp to take cab in Bangkok. Most of the times, we were travelling to and fro places by cab!)

Check out "Bangkok Holiday Trip(Part Three)" for more recommendations of food in Bangkok!

Bangkok Holiday Trip(Part Three)

i'm missing the daily breakfast buffet in Amari Atrium Hotel too! This and that...AHHHH!!!! In short, i'm missing bangkok♥

That's for now. Next up, i'll be ranting on my jetstar flight:( Stay Tune.

The addictive drug runs in me

Yes! You're right! You didn't see wrongly! It's once again another kbox session for me. We have an additional companion with us for the day, weihao! He claimed that he loves phototaking for he was once in photography club. With that, we could easily capture nice photos of our full clique gathering. Thank you, photographer weihao!:) And this time round, not just one camera, 6 different cameras (be it phone cameras or digital cameras) are going around. That explains the number of photos we're tagged individually on facebook, tsktsk! Cam-whoring Day!

It was set at AMK Hub's MOF for lunch to satisfy our hunger pangs before ksession. This particular outlet of MOF is rather big and cosy to chill with your friends. They even have sofa seats there. I guess if we're staying a bit longer, we would have moved over to those sofa seats. It was only a short lunch for we're planning to queue for koi after that. Every minute is precious if we're sticking to plan:)

i love this shot here.♥ This adds on to our collection of full clique's photos.

A more spacious room, additional of mike makes the entire four hours of k-singing a more enjoyable one. KPOP Thrill. i dislike those rooms which are squeezy, making it difficult for one to cross over to choose songs on the screen.

Speaking of koi, as promised to try out another flavour, i ordered oolong milk tea yesterday. We were planning to "smuggle" our koi into kbox secretly. The plan was a total flop. we managed to bring it in successfully at first but unfortunately in the next few minutes, the kbox waitress caught her eyes on our koi when she came into our room and confiscated them:(:( Mood Dampening! There goes my freshly made oolong milk tea. As a result, it did not taste that fantastic after end of ksession. The ice melted.
(Amk's KBox is soooo strict!)

i'm glad i actually bumped into these 5 girls in my uni life. School days are livened up with their presence. Fate plays an important part here having getting to know them. i will treasure the friendship ties we have and hope our friendship will continue to grow down the years. Well, its only the end of year one; there's still three more years to go! There are many more places out there for us to explore and seek fun together. P-L-A-Y is always in our dictionaries. And weihao is a funny chap! Somehow, he's somewhat like another guy friend of mine. haha!
Loads of fun with the peeps!

That's for now.
